Mr. Sterling,

My name is Ken Sparks. You were called to my father’s house (Kennith Sparks) here a week or so ago about his HVAC system. He said you took the time to look over the system and give him an honest opinion of the system as a whole. You did not try and sell him something he did not need or try to go use car salesman on him.. I thank you for that.. As well as you know there is many HVAC companies in the DFW area that like nothing more than to sell (gouge) a new system for all they can get. Especially someone that is elderly or retired. You may have noticed that I would for one of the largest mechanical companies in Texas and we base many of our principles on honesty & integrity, it is great to see there still a few others here in the DFW area that have that as a guideline.

I wish you well in your business and I know it will do well with you continuing to give great customer service as you have for my father. He was really impressed and that is a hard thing to do, TRUST me.. Thank you for your time.
